* Study-related phone and in-clinic visits with Physician at no cost

• Are ≥ 18 years old.

• Have a diagnosis of predominantly plaque psoriasis for ≥ 6 months.

• Are willing and able to understand and comply with the requirements of the study, including attendance at the required study visits.

• Have significant cardiac disease or uncontrolled hypertension ≥ 160 mmHG.

• Are pregnant, breastfeeding, or planning to become pregnant.

• Have non-plaque forms of psoriasis.
